Our Returns Terms & Conditions
- If there is an issue or imperfection with the item received, please contact the Equipped Sports team for help, providing full and clear details of the issue.
- Goods returned must be in a re-saleable condition. This means that any labels, tags and/or covering, such as a shoe box must be intact and included with the return.
- For items that do not fit, or if you change your mind about making the purchase, you will need to pay the return cost. Equipped Sports will not be able to offer a free return service for you.
- In the event you change your mind, you are able to return an item for a full refund. Equipped Sports are not able to exchange items.
- Returns are processed on a per-order basis, so if you are trying to return multiple orders, please return them separately to avoid issues or delays with processing.
- All returns are inspected upon receipt. Our team can reject and return a product if it is identified that the product has been abused.
The Equipped Sports Standard Returns Policy doesn't affect your statutory right to cancel your contract with us.
