How do I pack my return?
All items must be in an unused condition. Pack your item carefully, preferably in the original packaging. Your shipping packet is re-usable. Please include your Return form in the package.
What do I do if I have lost my return form?
If you do not have your return form, check your email for your Order Number and email us at [email protected] with this information and which products you would like to return. Products sold on the Equipped Sports website are shipped directly by our brand partners so it is important that returns are sent to the correct address.
What happens if I received the wrong items in my order?
We aim to get you exactly what you ordered. In the unlikely event the item you received is incorrect, please get in touch via email with our team at [email protected].

How long do I have to return an item?
Please refer to the return schedule shown above for the brand whose product you have purchased.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Refunds are usually processed on the day they are received back but they can take up to 10 working days for refunds to show up on your account.
We will refund you by the same method of payment you used when you originally placed your order.
