Professional Sports Equipment Fitting for Schools and Clubs

At E-Quipped Sports, we help schools and clubs take the guesswork out of buying sports equipment and footwear. Our professional fitting sessions ensure that every player has accurate measurements stored against their profile, allowing parents and members to purchase equipment with confidence, knowing it will fit correctly.

Whether you're a school, rugby club, hockey club, cricket club or other sports organisation, our fitting sessions provide a simple, efficient way to ensure every player gets the right equipment for their size and needs.

How the Process Works

Step 1 – Initial Consultation

We'll meet with your school or club to discuss your requirements and agree a suitable date for the fitting session. During this stage we'll explain the process, answer any questions and provide everything needed to prepare for the event.

Step 2 – Parent Registration

Your school or club will send an email to parents or members containing a registration link provided by E-Quipped Sports.

Parents simply create a free account and register the person who will be attending the fitting session.

Step 3 – Registration Confirmation

Approximately 48 hours before the fitting session, E-Quipped Sports will provide the school or club with a list of registered attendees to help with planning and scheduling.

Step 4 – Fitting Day

On the day of the fitting session, each participant will require approximately 5 minutes to complete the measurement process.

Our trained staff will guide each person through the fitting, ensuring accurate measurements are captured quickly and efficiently.

Step 5 – Measurements Uploaded

Within 24 hours of the fitting session, all measurements will be processed and uploaded to the E-Quipped Sports platform.

Each parent or member will receive a confirmation email once their measurements have been added to their account.

Step 6 – Shop With Confidence

Once measurements have been uploaded, simply log in to your E-Quipped Sports account and select the person you are shopping for.

Every product displayed will be matched against that individual's measurements, helping you choose sports equipment and footwear with confidence and significantly reducing the risk of purchasing the wrong size.
